Windows by default does not allow users to re-arrange the position of the taskbar tabs. An application that is opened first will also be the first one on the taskbar — first opened first on taskbar (FOFT). Although this is not a major concern to ordinary computer users, it is, however, to web designers, programmers, writers, and CAD operators.
